We adhere strictly to the authentic Vedic method: fresh A2 milk from free-ranging Gir cows is boiled over low firewood heat, cultured into whole curd overnight, and bi-directionally churned using wooden bilonas. The makkhan is slow-clarified, ensuring zero nutrient loss. Every batch is lab-tested for purity, zero adulteration, and genuine A2 beta-casein protein.
